suggestions please ?

can anyone suggest a good quality base model laptop ?
It is for my daughter who is soon to be 5 and she is pretty computer savvy
Mainly for playing all those educational games and internet , also be useful when she starts school I expect .
I have seen them as low as $500 these days , but would pay more depending

Quite a few of us got Acer Extensa 5220's under the training scheme I posted earlier in the year. I am not sure on the exact price but they are cheap and have enough features for what you would want.

ended up getting a toshiba L300/E02
good features and functions , good entry level laptop , perfect for what we wanted it for
