office outlook 2003 help

My computer just return from the dead again. anyway i can get back my past email? searching but can't seem to find them.any help would be great.
I have two hard disk in my computer.want to t/f over before another crash...

Try a search for the .pst file.
Thats the file that has all your outlook info

make sure you view hidden files before searching
