Programing help needed -Autonumber outlook forms

I have a form that I use in Outlook Calendar to book in jobs when customers
phone & schedule call outs for them.

Is there a way to auto-number the form so that each appointment gets a unique
number (a 'Job Number') ?

I have already goggled. The best answers so far have come from Sue Mosher MVP, however the details are scant

Anyone here good at this type of thing

Maybe I should outsource this to a Indian Freelancer?

Anyone experienced in that?

Sometimes the Quickfix can have the Quickcrash.
