a good prog for scanning for trojans/virus,ect

hi all have a feinds pc giveing me heaps off hassels,ive scanned it with a couple but they dont seem to pick up anything serious,but its def got some sort of cold
any tips would go appericated

After you have scanned with that use this VundoFix by Atribune also.

You could also try any of the online scanners that the major companies have ( ie , McAfee , Trend Micro etc )

You might want to give Spybot a go it picks up stuff that Trend Micro misses
