aopen ax6bc bios update

hi guys das any one know were i can download a bios update for a aopen ax6bc that will work with xp only because i have looked on the net and the aopen website but all the bios updates will only work on dos so if any one nos can you let me no and one thing to when i download the bios update do i just save it right on to the hard drive thanks.

it means you update bios in dos,not for dos.
put those 2 files on a bootable floppy or make a bootable cd with them on it.
boot to it then run the flash.exe
