Default ASUS 636 Reinstall

Guys

Ive lost my disc. I want to reinstall as I reckon I have a few issues.

Anyone done it before?

Also can I upgrade to WM6? I dont see any upgrades so i guess not.

Any other tips or links?

Cheers
Jas

G'Day Ace

I just upgraded mine this week to WM6. Runs fine. No real drama's with the windows software.

Although I do have a lock up problem with TT7. I have rebuilt mine twice and it still locks up the PDA if TT7 is left on with a soft power down.

But if your not using TT7 then go for it ....Upgrade to WM6

I take it you have lost your original WM5 Cd which comes with the PDA? You don't really need it, if you have problems with your PDA just do a hard reset and get a virgin system.
Regarding WM6 upgrade you need a firmware for the model you have. ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-
If you have 636 without N model, then I didn't see an oficial firmware upgrade for it.
