Due to some requests it is back on the toolbar , the listing isnt totally complete as Paul wishes to add to it later , I have just added the basics.

I know I'm blind...where is this link that you refer to..is it simply the forum header in the list of "departments" that this eludes to?

Its says " upgrade account "......not sure about the last bit of my comment as it was just after we came back online and a lot of stuff was missing. So yeah , even I dont know what I was talking about
