email activation issue

a number of members have told us that they are not getting there activation emails. mail was being returned to us by isps of which I activated as many manually as I could.

The problem was our HELO " setting which Andrew has fixed for me. all outgoing mail from us is now being delivered sorry for the inconvenience

Just a another tip check your spam folder thats where i found mine.

Why ? If you are posting your account is activated.

A large number were done manually.

I think he wants the '_' in his name. Maybe just rename him rather than activate another account ?
