Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Feature 34 This is the Automatic Arming time. If enabled in Feature 36 the NX-4 will Auto Arm the specified area(s). At this time, the Code Pad will beep for 50 seconds before the panel arms. The arming process can be stopped by entering a valid code on the Code Pad. Feature 36 This feature selects which days the system will auto arm. If a zone is faulted when the panel tries to auto arm, the zone will be bypassed. For example you want the system to arm at 7Pm every night then you will need to do this, * 8 (INSTALLER CODE) 0 # 34 # 19 * 00 * (this is the time in 24hr format) 36 # 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 * (this enables the days 1=Sun, 7=Sat) Exit Exit That should arm the system at 19:00 Sun-Sat. |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | I have used it for other things like freezer alarms, during the night it is armed during the day it's disarmed only because they keep triggering the temp alarm while accessing the freezers during business hours. So I would say it's more of an automation feature then a security one. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Bit of an odd setting really, i have never set auto disarm in any panel, and nearly all have it now. I do like the auto arm, and will suggest it to all business owners. Mitch |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | The nx panels dont offer auto disarm only auto arm the feature for open times in the nx panel refers to allowing certain users access only after the open time has arrived.the new Reliance panels however can auto disarm but also have a new feature which caught us by suprise the alarm is capable of rearming after the close time is reached if someone enters the building and disarms the panel and forgets to arm the systems when they leave in default the alarm looks for no activity on the detectors and if none for 45 minutes it arms itself. this time I believe can be changed to what ever you want. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | sorry, was referring to solution and digi panels,(that i always use), and that sounds like a great feature of detector activity time before arming. What panel is that ? |

Used it once, good for school boarding rooms that have perimeter reeds etc to notify someone of night time antics. Kids can up & leave first thing in the morning without the supervisor having to remember to disarm. | |
