You're going to have to get your hands on the installation manual for starters, then once reading it through, you will have to get into programming (its in the book) then edit two registers, one for the dialling method, changed from CID to Personal Dialling, then the others are to change the PRIMARY and SECONDARY Numbers...

Its all available, sorry, normally information like this isnt given out, as reprogramming systems to do different things, really, REALLY should be done by someone that is training, and carry's the correct apptitudes....

Remember, if you stuff it up, and your insurance calls for a correctly monitored alarm panel, you only have yourself to blame when they refuse your claim, weigh the options before proceeding!!

    Hi ReD

I just brought my house and the alarm keeps ring the monitoring station which I have no contract with. And they want $200 to come and change the number which I think is a bit rich.

    Default Tis a little rich

I would normally charge $115.00 to come out, and you might need a battery as well, Search the web, there are some sites that have the installer manual for free, read it through, change the DIALLER and the PHONE NUMBERS and you'll be fine...

If you want it monitored there are a lot of companies around that will check your alarm, and put you onto a non contract based monitoring package ()

test test test test thats all I can say for people who take this into there own hands...
