Default Tecom V8 Mains fail won't go away

I cant seem to get rid of mains fail message on challenger panel.
Checked ac under load all ok.
Removed battery. AC holding up 18vac.
System alarms set to not latched.
Any ideas or just replace panel?

Get the board repaired or replaced. Permanent false alarms such as siren fail, fuse fail, tamper etc can occur when one or more of the multiplexer ICs on the board fails.
