Rep Power: 9 ![]() | Little Quick concept panel swap out I did a couple of months ago, Forgot to take a photo once I actually put my zip ties around it, was a nasty old crow, now a nice concept with lots of power (2A extra PSU) mini expander to pick up some extra zones and the mcp... pleased as punch... Rep Power: 12 ![]() ![]() ![]() | Battery lead's too long. Think of all the voltage you're wasting! ![]() Seriously, good job and I commend you for affixing a label to the battery. Can I suggest you consider prefixing that with "Installed on:" or similar. It sounds trivial, however there are some people who write a nominal expiry date instead and there's the possibility of confusion. It annoys me when people can't even be bothered writing a lousy date on a strip of white electrical tape. Last edited by downunderdan; 27-07-10 at 12:34 AM. |

All shield braids terminated for grounding. All duct and cabinets metal and earthed. 500mm of cable loop prior to every connection. sPuDd..

When the interior siren/screamer is mounted adjacent to the panel, at best, you are deafening installers and technicians. At worst, you are saying to the criminal "The panel is over here, come and get it". It is very lazy. | |
