Default Panel with recorded messages auto dialer and child not at home SMS alert

Hello,

Is there an alarm system with an auto-dialer that can play different pre-recorded voice messages for each of the event types (intrusion, fire, panic, etc...) and that can also send a SMS to let me know that the alarm has not been de-activated (i.e. the boy has not come home from school yet) during particular days?

Hopefully this is not a unique combination of requirements.

Thanking you in advance.

Try a Bosch Solution 16 Icon, 16 Plus or 64 Panel

or try a Digiflex Icon or Graphic Panel

Both have plain english SMS messages and voice options (voice option extra)

Yeah I would go for the Bosch Solution 16plus or 64. It can do sms for all those events with descriptions.

The SMS requirement was only for monitoring the kids.... The voice alerting was for direct dialing to the mobiles

Thanks for the information.

cheers.

You could utilise the Solution 16+/64 in two ways to monitor "the boy" not being home from school on time.

Solution 1: You can set up the senior watch feature to an interval of, say 8 hours (depending on when they leave and when they come back) This will cause the alarm to report if the specifed zone/s havn't been tripped in this time period. Not all that reliable though (ie someone comes home during the day will reset the watch).

Solution 2: Set up your sons user code on a time zone so that is only valid during a certain time period (e.g. 3:30 pm to 4:00pm). This would mean that he would have to be home between these times if he wants to be able to get in and disarm the system. A piezo siren near his bedroom would help with this.
