Its solid petill one. i will add more photos when its more together sorting a ground pad for it tomorrow.
Is 19 Aus plus FTA at the moment DVB-S2 3805V 3960.
Not sure what wood you have used to make the base or if its raw or treated but if raw, slap some decking oil or similar on it.
In the first pic of the dish holder, I thought it was fashioned on one of those Deck Chairs so favoured by comedians who found 50 different ways not to get it set up correctly.
Is it going to stay there nestled into the foliage?
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!
Are there any means of adjustment? It looks like it is a "set and pray that it is pointing in the right direction" for a signal.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...
LOL, I've got one of those six piece solid dishes in my shed disassembled & stacked with Prime focus LNBf mount/holder & an old 11300 K-band LNBf attached.
Mine actually has an adjustable pole mount for it as well.
Was supplied & installed at great cost by East Coast Television to receive Galaxy back before they spun out of orbit.
Cheers, Tiny

So thats why it reminded me of those sold by Gary Katz was it from Brookvale NSW ?
I think the dish was about that same size but the frame was mostly wire and designed to be collapsible for portability and easy storage.
Somewhere safely hidden away in a drawer is a set of Coasters sent to me as an apology from East Coast/Galaxy (1997) when they were delayed in installing the Dish.

The slotted steel supports don't look very sturdy, especially for a wind-catcher of that size.
