    Default Mobile Device Management

As an organisation I currently utilise the services of Airwatch MDM (Mobile Device Management).

We need an MDM to control the 200 plus iPad's we have distributed to our sites and clients.
Is anyone familiar with these management companies and can anyone recommend and alternative to Airwatch

My monthly management bills are increasing and I would like to now look elsewhere.

    Thanks
In hindsight I should have posted my Facebook status as: "I've blown the head gasket on my 1997 XR3i" rather than "I've just buggered a 14 year old escort".
The police still haven't seen the funny side, my lap top's been confiscated and the wife has gone off to her mum's.

Check out Meraki (Now owned by Cisco) for MDM. They have a great solution that works very well. I deployed it to over 400 devices with minimal issues. Reporting is great and it works well on tablets (iOS/Android), Laptops (Mac/Windows). Good luck!

    Hi SB,

Our company uses Airwatch and yes it is getting more expensive since VMWare took it over. We have used Soti here as well (not me personally) but the reports are that it is not as functional. We have stuck on the lowest licensing level with VMWare and make do without content mgmt for example, which we would actually like.

What did you decide to do?

    Regards
    Leconte

Due to the infrastructure already in place and the possible cost of restructuring another service to service our needs, we bit the bullet played hard ball with Airwatch and whilst it was an increase of last year it wasn't as painful as originally thought.

    We stayed with Airwatch

Mind you we came close to signing with SOTI
