Anybody have any dealings with the APP, trying to set one up but having a few dramas, not sure if its me or the IT guy???

Any tips from anybody who has successfully set it up.

    Great app.
Love to have remote access instead of just local.

Remote access works fine, just do the port forwarding.

The App is quite good and if you get the firewall open ports etc setup works fine.

Is it just me though, I can' t believe the app has ZERO security on it. So anyone can just open the app and start disarming, opening doors etc etc. Seems crazy to me. Surely it should have something like a Pin number on it like the banking apps have.

    What do others think?

The user of the app has the same security as he does on site as a user.
Relates to alarm / door groups
They can only do what they have access to.
Also there is the security to access the network onsite.

Multiple panels as well Whoop Whoop
