Netflix android app issues
Having problems with this app all of a sudden where when we try to watch certain streams we get the 10013 error, did a search and Netflix suggest that its an android issue and to clear data, cache and un-install then re-install the app to fix it.
Done this but still have the same problem, i'm using an aldi cocoon player which has been working fine for over a year.

Can you please explain how to fix this error as I do not understand.
If you are using a DNS fixer/VPN, you need to turn it off or set region to Australia (assuming you are in Australia) and it will resolve your issue.Originally Posted by hawkes2004
