Explorer 11 issues

Hi guys, I generally help myself with browser issues trolling the net but this problem has me stumped. I generally use my iphone to check emails but when it comes to removing mass emails I need to log on with laptop win7. For a while I have been ignoring my latest problem with internet explorer11 (Edge) blocking me from entering my email/password at the login screen. but its not only there but also entering personal details in forms. I can search via live.com and google.com but not logging in. Any suggestions apart from using another browser?

Thanks Dai I had to format in the end. Went from windows 10 32bit to 64bit with new install :-)
