the touchscreen works way better in android than windows, so im learning to use that
i have team-v on it for pc control, & airdroid for file transfer

    WiFi - Not Normal
    Apps Open - Normal

I stopped using Air Droid 2 years or more ago, it used to mess things up.

Android has a very good memory management system. It's pretty much clears the memory unless the app is set to run in background.
I don't have the pipo but normally you should find a task manager in the apps where you can force close the app anyway.
You won't see much improvement though.

    ok
    what about the keyboard
everytime it reboots, it defaults to physical keyboard \ on, then on screen keyboard wont work, even if i use 3rd party apps

try this one, Setting>apps>all>apps>Google Keyboard then clear cache. Make it force stop then retry.

Go back to the app store download the app then open. It should ask to you to reset it up.
