Are you doing an automatic scan? Have you tried to delete all the channels and rescan? It has an MPEG4 tuner so should pick up all channels.
I have Nine HD and Life scanned in here in Vic no problems.

Hi, I'm having problems with my UltraPlus X-9200HD PVR in regards to tuning into all the Free to Air TV channels.
Recently there's been some changes to the way the Free to Air is broadcasted here in Bundaberg up in QLD. All service was changed to Digital.
Since that happened, I've not been able to tune into the SBS channels, We recently revieved a few new channels. A cooking channel and Life channel as well as Nine HD. I can not tune into either of those channels.
What can I do to rectify this issue? Is there something wrong with my Free to Air tuner card? It picks up some channels but not all.

I have not tried to delete all the channels. I will try that now and report back.
Yes. i did try Automatic scan
thanks Leroy.
It's working now. I've been able to tune in all the free to air channels for the first time since the broadcast service was changed here.
I did a factory reset of the UltraPlus and performed a Auto Scan.
C-Band, that's another story, I can't get a decent signal on my Sat Dish. I'm going to relocate the dish to the back of my yard.

I've not been able to connect to the Italian Channel for the past couple of months. Signal to weak. I tried tweaking the sat dish, but I can't get to that LRB out the front with the dish pointing to the satt.
I'm going to relocate the dish out the back of my yard, cemented on the pole in the ground.
