Some use an DVD for the update
Hi, I have a toyota land cruiser 2014 Middle east made.It has a navigation which is now old.I see a popup message every time in the navigation which says new maps are available and get it from naviextras. So i went head looking to update these maps.I checked the owners manual provided for navigation called IGO PRIMO. The horrible thing is i can't find the sd card of the igo primo to update the maps. If i get that then i can update it through naviextras toolbox. Looking for helpful responses.
Thank you :

I am guessing you mean you cannot find where the SD card is inserted into the devise?
I would not be surprised if devise itself has to be opened or there is a 'socket' for a USB connection with a cover or rubber 'boot' over it to protect it from the dirt and dust as I was told the devise is mounted under one of the front seats.
Get as much information as to what your GPS devise is and see if by contacting a Toyota dealer, they can help you get the updates done.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!
Is it aftermarket of Toyota original?
Try looking thru the menus for a vresion etc
Have a nice day
