Concept IQ - Software - PCB - knowledge

I have a block of townhouses in Sydney with Concept IQ panels. Yes I know they are no longer supplied , sold or supported but they are working and the tenants don''t want to upgrade although it has been documented
that is should be.

I am looking for the tech software to program via the Port 0 lead or a spare keypad/pcb to play with.

I have installer manuals - user manuals and can program them by hand but its just a pain as they currently unlock the front door and turn lights on when the system is disarmed.

Any help would be appreciated.!!!

Any chance you could share the Concept IQ software? I have searched but can't find it elsewhere.
