The direct HD link in the first post is very choppy for me here in London.. Reminds me of when you did the ABC Election coverage feed for me.
I think I may have a better solution for you.. will email you in a bit..

For those interested in vaughnlive kodi add on is dead here is a post from owner of vaughnlive
"If you're referring to @notmark on Twitter, then yes he is the owner of Vaughn Live. The Kodi addon was made without my permission. It has cost me thousands in additional server bandwidth costs each month because the addon was sucking up the bandwidth before the actual VL viewers could get to it.
There is an HTML5 player in the works. It has been tested to work on the latest game consoles and mobile devices natively. I will be testing it on smart tv browsers
in the coming weeks."
