Is there anyone else experiencing the same problem as you are, if not you may have a problem with the STB.
Have you tried resetting the stb?

I don't receive the WA channels and it sounds like it may be a transmission issue, but have you tried turning off the decoder at the mains for a minute and then turning it back on?

Same here, tried rebooting, rehitting, re scanning , reset to defaults and countless applications of dire threats and swear words.
Glad to hear it's not just our Humax crapping itself.

If more than one in different places like next door or close by are having problems then its a fair chance its 'their end' and not yours.

There is another option and that is to ring VAST and try the Auto reboot available for your STB.

But if theres more than one of you, that option most likely will have no effect.

Beyond that its a call to either VAST or GWN to report the problem and being a weekend, Good Luck.

Just at G.W.N today all seems good did get in touch with Humax how said the problem was with G.W.N but still do not buy that as the problem was only with Humax decoders not with U.E.C decoders for a change.

Sorry but was this problem on both UEC and Humax stb's or only on the Humax?
