The HDMI cables - they are capable of carrying 4K signals? Always a bit of conjecture about v1.4 or high speed cables being sufficient, etc

Yep - was playing 4K UHD from Samsung Bluray into 4K BenQ projector no worries all weekend at the AV show - all sold now though!!
