Hi guys
I have been living on the road for almost 5 years now, and the VAST system has been almost "too easy" to work with. You could always ring and "get some customer service" from the ladies on the end of the phone.
NOW - THERE IS NO SERVICE _ OR EVEN ANY INTERACTION AT ALL!!
I have tried 7 times to log in my Card number - which the phone system rejects - just to change a State.
Today - I tried again - for the 5th time - to log a request on their website.
AGAIN - "Your Details Don't Match Our Records"
Where are we going with this "automated garbage.?"
I am getting really angry - even submitting a response to ACMA - who gave me some phone numbers - which don't even ring!!
Sorry - but this is bureaucracy gone mad!!
