How is the box currently connected to the main TV?
Hi all.
I have the Vast Humax stb, works well. I would like to connect it to another tv in another bedroom. I cannot see any connections on the back that allows me to do that. Any ideas as to how this could be done?
Thank you,

You can use an HDMI splitter with an HDMI cable to the second TV.
There are wireless HDMI senders as well.
Are they phasing out Composite/AV outputs on devises now in favour of HDMI only?
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!
Hello again. If a splitter is used, what length can they be used. The bedroom is not next to the main tv, 10 metres away. How good is a wireless sender through brick walls? I see one advertised that may do the job, though that may be their selling jargon $400.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Firstly for $400 you would be better off buying an extra VAST decoder/smart card and splitting the co-ax to the bedroom. Simpler solution, too.
But if you wanted to use wi-fi sender then check with a normal wireless router and any device, even mobile phone, tablet or notebook or normal pc with wi-fi. Senders use the same available 2.6GHz and 5GHz channels. A 2.6GHz sender would be cheaper if you can get an acceptable signal, otherwise go for the 5GHz, once again, after checking you can get an acceptable signal.
