Whats that Circle for on a Duo2

Well like the Title says what that Circle represents on a Vu Duo2 on the top left hand side of the Picture on the Telle.

I Might have known what its represents before but I'm stumped today on a Vu Du2 whilst watching anything on what that Blue Circle Flashing on the screen on the Top left hand side of the screen every now and then for 5 odd seconds.

Update? They are plenty of Images for the duo2 and I tried 4 off them and it does the same. This rotation circle must representing something yet i can't get an answer from anyone for this.
