RJ45 Jack/Plates for Skirting Board

I'm trying to source some RJ45 jacks/plates for mounting data points on skirting boards. Needs to be for data and CAT5/e. Wall mounted plates aren't suitable.

I can't find suitable products for data, only telephony. I'm sure I've seen skirting mounts for data before but am turning up nothing on a number of sites. Is anybody able to direct me to somewhere that may sell these?
