    Default Yahoo Hack

    I thought this was hilarious....

Any public official who uses Yahoo mail should be immediately sacked for stupidity.....
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.

And hot on the heels of that one.... our data isn't secure even within government departments.

Vic govt department leaks customer data

Personal data of customers at a Victorian hunting authority has inadvertently been emailed out to strangers renewing their hunting licences.

Because you only admit to a breach when news of the breach is breached....

BUT, be assured that your data is safe.....

Just think about how large a chunk of data was for one billion email details!!!!

Did no one see the increase in bandwidth usage.

Why is this news now? The breach occurred years ago and if anyone hasn't changed their passwords by now, they deserve what they get.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

They probably thought they were more popular than google for a brief period.

On the reverse side, how the hell would you sift through the data of ONE BILLION email detaills and hopefully find 'something' of interest?
Even with filters and key word, terms and phrases engines searching, it would be an astronomical feat.
When this happens, my idea is the hacker isnt interested in WHAT they have got but HOW much they have got to cause annoyance.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!
