He was a Ice addicted cooked in the head Australian of Greek heritage who was yelling Allah Akbar to get more attention.
Im surprised more Ice addicts arnt doing the same as he did as most are off their heads anyway.
He will blame the drugs, get a lesser sentence because of it and do jail time because of the murders committed.

The alarm bells were there already, when he stabbed his brother,I'm surprise he is still alive.he will suffer now.they should have put him in straight jacket and lock him up for life in the same cell with Martin Bryant and Julian Knight,or worse of them Matthew Johnson? the guy that hit Carl Williams and left him for dead..

Sadly, killing him as a solution means that he has no time to repent of his crime. By locking him up with no chance of parole, at least, gives him time to think about his crime and the ongoing hurt caused to others. I don't mean locking him up in the palaces that now pass for prisons but something more akin to a hole in the wall with nothing to keep his mind from being distracted.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...
locking up the arsewipe means even more taxpayer dollars wasted. would have been easier all round if he had died at the scene.
I fully agree lsemmens re locking this sh*t stain up in a hellhole but it just wont happen here in good old AU
Instead of our 'betters' pushing for the TTP free trade deal (as in a free for all for big business), maybe a deal to house our worst offenders in Indonesia or some other shit hole (Mexico maybe ??) would equate to millions saved locking up said scum in our 5 star penal hotels errr I mean prisons
CONAXLE (23-01-17)
Yes, that is what I was thinking, make a Prisoner trade deal, this scum doesn't deserve to be locked up in our 5 star jail with the taxpayer's money being wasted.Instead send him to Indonesia where even a rat or cockroach is trying to escape the jail.or in Mexico, maybe in Turkey..I bet this scum won't last a month.
That's a tad outrageous mate, even for a leftie like you. PARTICULARLY in Victoria which is the way it is largely because of the ALP softc*cks who were in government and weakened everything. Including the Rob Hulls judiciary regime who let every one off on bail. When the coaition took over briefly they did nothing about it and then Dan the man did nothing as well...until now, and even then all he has REALLY promised is another inquirey.
What the f*ck does any of this have to do with the ridiculous TPP? As much as I hate the TPP, what's the connection?
This is a criminal matter, presided over by a weak government and enforced by an emasculated post Christine Nixon police force. The majority of whom are aware that their superiors have been beaten into submission.
Victoria is where it is because of stupid and gutless politicians and by extension, voters.

Law and Order is a right wing BS campaign spread by the mis-informed
America locks up more people per 100thousand resident than anywhere else on earth and its crime rate is stillthrough the roof
The Japanese lock up the least and their crime rate is very very low.
This is about poverty and the individual and youth unemployment and disenfranchised bored youth escaping with drug addiction
Bulk billing psychiatrists would be a good start.
Education would be another
Teaching empathy and the sense of community would be another.
The return to Australia's egalitarian, socialist roots, with good safety nets and a fair go for all would be another.
Obviously the ability to get a job would be great, but that ship has been privatised, restructured and exported to the 3rd world, to make more profits, to get syphoned through Singapore for its shareholders.
All we get is the failures of the ideological ferver.

Please define what you find outrageous please
You forgot to mention the self serving public 'servants' who originally define and implement public policy initiatives , but I doubt that will stop the belief that EVERY bad thing that happens is attributable to one political party policy or another that does not fit in with your current rabid bias
Re the TPP.......................what the fu*k is wrong with wanting the gubmint to do something constructive instead of wasting time on a globalist (as in liberal ) agenda ??
Its just bullshit made up by the media to sensationalize the event and find someone to write a story about.
Lets face it police people need to listen to command, however as events unfold instantaneously it would be impossible for command who is not there to make a split second decision.
Do you give police "Bruce Willis" powers to make those decisions on the spot or do you keep them on a leash and let command take responsibility?
Leaving the choice with command keeps individual police officers actions away from public scrutiny.
While police officers follow instructions from command, the police force will stand behind those officers and the judgements made by command whether they be right or wrong.

Absolutely nothing is wrong in the right argument. This case has NOTHING to do with the TPP....now largely dead anyway....
Why don't YOU start a TPP thread...I'm sure you'll get responses from people on this board, most, it not all of whom agree with you....I'll probably be at the top.

Andrew Crisp was a 'trainee' at Oakleigh when I was stationed there - I wrote off 3 cars in a week during chases - only people injured were the offenders and this was not the result of the collision - Andrew is a 'nice' bloke, but 'nice' blokes don't always make the best leaders - say no more. I was also in charge of a unit at the time of the closure of mental institutions during the 'Kennet' years. One of the Superintendents who I worked with was a representative on a board that sat each month to assess if a 'criminally insane' person could be let out - his words to me were - 'if the public knew who have been set free with just a pocket full of tablets to keep them sane, they would lock the doors and not sleep at night.' The days of having a properly funded Mental Health System ended many years ago and unless Governments are prepared to put the proper funding forward then 'they will continue to walk among us, hopefully taking their meds.'
Last time I was house hunting (in Tasmania, not Vic), a friend who is a former mental health nurse warned me not to buy in a particular area. It's right near a suburban police station - apparently the relevant government department bought up a number of units and houses in the area to house violent mental health cases. His opinion was that these people should not have been out of hospital.

Actually, I think hinekadon was likely referring to the jury finding the offender guilty of murder at his trial.
A post on the story and a link to it would have prevented confusion, rather than what appears to be just another personal rant.

I know what he was referring to .... now.
He should have posted a link to the source, not just ramble.
