I think the tracking, both vertical and horizontal increases total productivity and efficiency as compared to non moving panels!

Looks a bit like an expensive gimmic but if for some reason you don't want your panels out of the way on your roof, it is a nice show.
PV panels are so cheap these days that 2 extra panels on the roof would most likely cover the benefits of tracking on an average 1.5-2 kW setup.

    You got it Nomeat.
The first think is that anything pretty often has a bigger price tag while not offering any improvement in performance.
$200 for a pair of Nike shoes when the $20 sandshoes do the same job and last longer.

Tracking offers only marginal improvement over static panels.

    Nominal output 2.50kWp*
    Physical Specs
    Clearspace ~16ft³
    Weight~1,500lbs

I'm not sure I quite get the "16ft³". I can only guess this is the size of the box it comes in.
Looking the photo on the webpage and the radius looks to be about 2m. 3.14 x 2² = ~12.5m²

Assuming 2.5kW output over 12.5m² = 200W/m² which is about right for modern panels.

At 80 cents per watt means that it would cost about $2000 for for equivalent off the shelf parts.
I'm guessing this pretty little flower sells for about $10,000.

Anybody know what the price tag on it is?

nomeat & trash are right on the con. Tracking used to be beneficial with older panels or so it was perceived & orchestrated.
I did some testing on a new panel a couple of years ago & sun angle was not a huge difference in output until you reach the extremes of sunrise & sunset angles.
    Cheers, Tiny

Like putting up a 40 foot mast and having a set of whirling propellers that are not really suitable to have in a high density urban area.
