Default Cant connect Slingbox thru my new Foxtel Hub

    Guys,

Just recently changed ISP to FOXTEL to take advantage of the new deals for TV as well as a pretty good broadband deal and impending NBN connection.

Just checking all the bolt ons in the system and I cannot log onto my Slingbox .

I had no probs with my old TP Link wd 8970 however it seems as if there is some sort of lock out or conflict between the slingbox and the foxtel hub which is a Netgear piece of equipment.

Has any one else had the problem.

Slingbox is definately connected to the LAN as always ?

    Any ideas appreciated

    Cheers,

    Ramp

not sure if this is related or not, but your telstra netgear will be assigned to 10.0.0.138, and therefore your lan will be in the 10.0.0.* range.

is the slingbox set to static ip address?
