Sykes takes the win in Race 1 at Donington Park after Davies crashed out of the early lead (then rejoined down the field) & Rea dropped to second with rear tyre vibration which ended up tossing him off in a spectacular crash when the tyre suddenly deflated.
    Leon Haslam wildcards second position.
Excellent ride from Alex Lowes who was run wide in the first corner, then rode back thru the field to 3rd.

Full race one results from the sixth round of the 2017 World Superbike Championship at Donington Park, Great Britain.

Leon Haslam is wildcarding for Puccetti Kawasaki, Jake Dixon is wildcarding for RAF Reserves Kawasaki.
