Go and see the quack. I've had a ruptured one before now, very messy! He'll probably stick his finger up your claquer and then recommend a colonoscopy just to make sure. But the sooner you get the "all clear" the better.

Ok, first time i went to a Dr about the same issue, he asked me to lie on my side with my pants down and relax while he put gloves on and put lube on his gloved fingers.
After it was pushed back in i asked that next time he brings me flowers before doing that again.
Push them in yourself when in the shower.....more dignified....unless your partner walks in while your doing it and thinks you like fingering your anus and loving it......

Thanks guys! Glad I'm not the only one with these grapes. I had gastro for about a week a few weeks ago so I'm hoping it goes away on its own.
Dont sit on the shitter till your legs go numb while looking at stuff on your phone (or reading the paper like i use to like doing) is the best advice to avoiding them.
Don't think it was that Godzilla hahha. I am like a commando snapping one off which is always a cause. I find any paper or magazine filthy to have in the toilet, that's where all the shit particles land!
My Wife suffered from ( 40 years ago) this and when they were painful, I used to treat them with that cream (I think the Yanks call it 'Preparation H') but this is only a treatment not a cure so she had them removed surgically and fortunately that have never reoccurred which for some they can do.
I think the sooner you have them removed if thats whats needed, the less 'downtime' you have in recovering from the surgery.

If your hemorrhoids as are bad as mine "EG" 180 deg or 270 Deg or Even 360 Deg You wipe your Bum only 80% clean and you leave the last 20% as GREASE so your hemorrhoids slids back in EASY but If you clean 100% first before putting them in THEY WILL NOT GO BACK IN SO YOU WILL HAVE TO USE ONE FINGER and not toilet paper with the finger inside!!
Hemorrhoids are Bad and I have had them for 20 years so I'm Experience with them. ALSO! if you have one hemorrhoids that come out during walking after a poo find a chair that has a round pipe and sit on it for 5 minutes (Oooch) and it will teach that Hemmy to stay up there.
The early days I have become so depressed by having them but after a few Years I have turned them as a joke a Laughing thing at Parties. The Doctors and the other Doctor I saw (Butt doctor) told me because I FART so LOUD and so often this is the problem I have now.

Yes I had a colonoscopy twice in five year and all is OK except it seems I have to much Plumbing in there, ( I say some must be cut out)
My doctor Had a GO and when his finger was fully in the tip of the finger was about 5mm in my Butt/Body. He was HORRIFIED HOW BIG THEY WERE. I had to go to the toilet first to coach them out.

What they do today is Staple the Vein for the Blood that feeds the hemmy first and they shrivvel up. And if this not fix it it eith cut of time (They do not like doing this ) or stretch you COLON back Upwards to remove the excess piping . but if you have an enlarge pipe works like I have then they become Prolapse rectum. Do Google images on Prolapse rectum and you probably you will find mine as the Specialist took Photo's of mine as they were the biggest he ever seen

Ok so maybe reading Mr728a's replies may have been a bad idea before dinner......
No confusion It a Bad Problem that Surgeon failed to fix Twice so what can I do except to turn it to a Joke because it is a Job and the second operation they damages the nerves around the area and made me to today INCONTINENT. Yes that bad as I cannot plan to go anywhere unless I had a good bowel movement. My Wife says you should SUE them. I aid I signed the disclaimer that they can damaged that area and they did.WTF!
Make sure your Doctor you put you in this situation because most will nick them self. For me what can I do CRY ALL day Like a Baby, just get on from day to day and Joke about it.
To much Information is good sometime to see how our Surgeon how they Stuff you in the Public System. I could have make it a lot worse if I wanted to because it a Shitty Subject
