Not forgetting the classic Monty Python 'Bruce' sketch faculty rules.

Its funny seeing things before political correctness came in I found a Picture Magazine from 1995 the other day, jesus, imagine the PC crowd seeing it these days. It had a fat naked mother and daughter team eating cream cakes on the cover

My barber used to have his shop full of those magazines which made the wait tolerable if there were a few ahead of me. Then the day came where I went in for a haircut and they were all gone, replaced with boring rubbish.

F*ck the politically correct arseholes...how about the remote control telly? Imagine THIS on TV these days....

The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.

Yeah, I got flash backs of us (as a 3 man crew on a truck) reading it at smoko perving on the home girls page

You would probably get sacked for reading something like that now.

How did all this political correctness come about? Is it because of the baby factories who think they deserve a medal and never have to work again for popping a few kids out?

Picture, People, Post and MAN (2 versions from memory) that were a teenagers delight when you went to the Barbers for a haircut and a good smothering of California Poppy after you were shorn and for those old enough to have a shave, a splash of Bay Rum............

    Californian Poppy....jeeeezzzz...and Brylcream....

    NEVER AGAIN....

In the early seventies a group of us got invited to a 50's rocker party. We bought all the Poppy we could find and slicked our long hair back, ditched the flares and got some skin tight Amcos from somewhere, and bought some cheap sneakers.

It took me 3 days to get that shit out of my hair....Yuch!

    You wont need to now

Technically I am breaking the forum rules posting it, but its more of historical interest item than pornography. Cobra679 was 10 at the time, so likely wouldn't remember times that something like that would be on a milk bar counter.

Its funny seeing magazines like this, I actually found them in my father in laws garage cleaning up after he passed away in December. He actually got them from me, I can remember I was throwing out a pile of them in the late 90's and he said he would take them to read in his shed. And thats where they have been for over 20 years.

It probably started with a few left wing nut jobs getting into community services / politics and then dreaming up laws like 18C to justify themselves.

I cant believe how deluded some of these people are , having seen it for myself recently. I was asked to run a trade skills training course at a community centre in Laverton a couple of weeks back. Never had i seen so many welfare bludging drop kicks gather together in one place... I was wasting my breath trying to teach anything to most of these idiots because they didnt want to work anyway , having been professional bludgers their whole lives. I was told that i was not allowed to fail any of them as it would preclude them from further government funded training courses. And there were people there assisting these students to claim any government perk that was available , everything from housing to loans ,the works . Faaark thats where my taxes are going!! Anyway it all worked out ok for me - after i got into the nitty gritty of the course and handed out a few quizzes most of them said it was too hard and left. so i didnt have to fail them I then made the course much easier and concentrated on the 3 remaining students who actually wanted a job.

I was 13 and selling the stuff. Because of my age, I wasn't allowed to purchase it! I used to work the Saturday shift, starting at 0630 in the morning until 1pm. I used to open, and run the place by myself, and, even, at time, do a closing shift after school of a night. This was in the days when the first really norty magazines were available. They had to kept under the counter and were in plastic bags.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Times have changed right enough. My growing up had no sex or heavy language on TV but smoking was ok, if you found a porno book you were a hero with the mates, there was a degree of respect for police and authority figures and also for old people, no macca's or kfc, the milk bar had booths with aluminium milk shake containers and tall glasses, none of your mates were fat, the girls didn't have love handles.
Now a days, sex on TV with the "c" word, no smoking on TV, porn everywhere (amount of young people who think they are porn stars on chatubate etc), no respect for police and old people, macca's, kfc and all manner of shit food on every street corner with many young people overweight, milk bars replaced with coffee shops and the list goes on.
Our way of life has changed immensely because some boofheads want to blow the world to smithereens now that the inbreeding program is finally taking effect.

    Keith,

Sad that it's all gone, but I'm so glad I shared those times.
