    Default kodi on dream boxes

    ok have got bored so am looking at putting kodi on a dream box. I have a dm500 and dm 800.

    are there any ways to put kodi on them and if so are there any tutorials or methods to do it if possible

    I did read somewhere about installing OpenPLI and Kodidirect

    You can do it, but would you want too.

    1. It will not run very well on the CPU and RAM a DM500 and DM800 offers.
    2. You are better off just entering the direct stream to play IPTV style on he Dreams and even then they are pigs at it.

    It is one of those cases where, Yes it will work, but only just and you will be over it in no time!
    If u want to go on an expedition get a Land Rover, if u want to come home from an expedition get a Landcruiser!

    Kodidirect is just about dead, KodiLite is its replacement, but have to say have had a lot of problems with it.
