Sonos connet amp no power

Hi ive got a sonos connect amp that has no power going to it.Tried a new power cord with no luck

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Or know how to fix it.

Searched for a disassemble guide but cannot find anything

Any help would be appreciated.
