circuit breaker for home security system

Hi,

I want to cut the power before replacing the detectors, any idea how to quickly find the breaker other than turn off one by one? thanks!

Try the light circuit first.

1. Turn off the main switch.

2. Disconnect power at the alarm panel.

3. You'll also need to disconnect the backup battery.

Or open up the alarm panel and remove the cables from the terminals that power the detectors
