    Yes what sad news!

Just heard on the 10.00p.m. news on the ABC.

What great memories of this great actor and the longest serving James Bond!

    RIP

    RIP Roger.
Been looking in on Roger starting with Ivanhoe repeats when I was a kid, then Maverick next to James Garner, the Saint & The Persuaders.
Still think he was one of the best Bonds.
    Cheers, Tiny

Yep, he was the Bond of my era....

I remember getting the Theatre Poster for Moonraker from the local theatre
Was well cherished for many years

Quite ironic that Sean Connery has out lived him
They both had more than their fair share of hot leading ladies... But Sean went on to have a romantic role with Catherine Zeta Jones..... The bastard

I remember seeing 007's LED watch and thinking... wow, how cool is that.

Not long after, they were commonplace.

    I had to have one.

Mine must have been faulty though.... no poison darts, bullets, tear gas, or any other 'extras'.

...nah, Live and Let Die was the best for me. Both movie and theme song.
I was in London with my school mates (first time away from parents) when it came out and watched it in the cinema. I was 15 and they wouldn't let me in to watch the Emanuelle movie after that but my other mates who had peach fuzzy beards got in, so I watched Live and Let Die again on my own.

None of the Bond films did anything for me, I always thought that Connery came after Moore, but I was certainly wrong on that point.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...
