Hi I disabled youtube on my phone and now it says,,,,unfortunately youtube has stopped,,,when I press OK it goes away then instantly comes back ,,,I cant do a thing with phone....can someone PLEASE help ,,I am not good with phones .....Thanks

Hi I turned off, even pulled out battery ,,still the same ,even tried putting pin in what I think is reset but still the same........ model is lenovo A806

If all else fails then a Factory reset will recover the phone, however you will lose all user data. It will be like a new phone.
Forget the crap below, just see you have added that it is an A806
So try these instructions that appear the same anyway.
Could not find instructions on the Lenovo a6, however the procedure is likely similar for all Lenovo phones.
Worth a try if you like. These are for Lenovo a60 & a6000
