    Default auto reply in outlook

    Hey.

I can show busy or out of office for a meeting in my calendar. So I wonder if outlook can auto reply the incoming emails when It shows busy or out of office in my calendar. For example, reply a email like this "Sorry I'm out of office now. I will reply you as soon as I come back. " That will be great.

I search in outlook but can't find a option to do that . Is that possible in outlook2010?

I don't have the 2010 version, but I assume earlier versions will be the same.

Click on Help (or just press F1) and enter Auto reply in the search field and it comes up with various methods, depending on how you manage your email.

Go to File, Automatic Replies, then you can choose what you say to Outside emails and emails from within your organisation.

Given the one-post OP hasn't even visited the site since their post a month ago.
