    Default Crash Helmets

Ive finally bitten the bullet and ordered another bike.
I've decided this time to go with the Honda CMX

My question, that while i've got an old shark sitting in the cupboard, I would now like to go a little more upmarket.
I quite like the Nolan and Shark Flip helmets but have heard whispers of helmets that include and incorporate Bluetooth and rear view cameras with a heads up display in the helmet.
Ive done some searching but really haven't found anything.

Does anyone know of anything available in the market

    Thanks
In hindsight I should have posted my Facebook status as: "I've blown the head gasket on my 1997 XR3i" rather than "I've just buggered a 14 year old escort".
The police still haven't seen the funny side, my lap top's been confiscated and the wife has gone off to her mum's.

Well, i will congratulate you on buying yourself a Bike first off.
You will have to come down for a ride now

Not sure what helmet you should get, its rather a personal thing.
All i can add, is try many helmets and try and find one that doesn't make you feel all closed in.
I never used to notice that feeling, but now i'm older or might be the helmet i have, i really dislike the feeling of a restricedt view.
Its actually putting me off riding

For Comms, Cardo Scala products are meant to good.
Personally, i hate any form of distraction when riding, i can do a good enough job missing corners without the extra help
Especially if the Spanish Twins are posing for photos

If u want to go on an expedition get a Land Rover, if u want to come home from an expedition get a Landcruiser!

    Thanks for the congrats.
Too be honest, I've always had access to bikes, but haven't had one of my own for the last 10 years.
Throughout this period both my sons have had bikes but they have always been sports models and I'm afraid I'm over them.
So this time round I'm cruiser bound and while I may ride the 30K's to work on sunny summer days I see myself becoming a Sunday, sunny day rider cruising from coffee shop to coffee shop

Only way to roll if you ask me
I could never use a bike to commute.
    Fun only

I was only just speaking to group of lads this morning, they all meet in Geelong on a Sunday morning, then choose a different route
Sometimes up towards Daylesford, Or down my way, or into the western districts.
All very social, stop at cafes, pubs you name it, use B roads and C roads... All about enjoying the company, outdoors and taking the road less traveled
