And I updated it to Android 7 no problem.
Well the old faithful Samsung Nexus 10 refused to come out of its corner after the bell about a month ago.....completely dead. The battery was getting worse and I took a chance on replacing it......still dead.
Oh well, hit with hammer and put in recycling bin.
So today, it was buy a new tablet time. I was after a 10 inch tablet and considered going for the standard Tab A but completely ditched that idea when I saw the Super Amoled display on the S2 range. Wow, a display that looks as good as the display on my S8 phone.
This tablet is seriously thin, 5.6 mm thin. Yes, that is NOT a typo. And it weighs only 389 grams ! I dunno how they do it.
The 4:3 ratio suits fine, as it is the same as the native photo size that my S8+ takes, so photos fill the screen completely. Battery is 5870 mAh, obviously I havent given it a good run yet, but they claim up to 14 hours battery life (no doubt over stated) so it should be fine.
I'll post back after some use, but its very very nice so far.

does this support OTG? I hope this one don't explode haha
By that statement, I was referring (probably should have mentioned) that my previous phone the Samsung Note 5 takes photos at 16:9, not 4:3.
This tablet, as an example, takes the following photos (not that I am likely to use it)
8.0 mp 4:3 3264 x 2448 DEFAULT
4.9 mp 4:3 2560 x 1920
6.0 mp 16:9 3264 x 1836
3.7 mp 16:9 2560 x 1440
6.0 mp 1:1 2448 x 2448
3.7 mp 1:1 1920 x 1920
So yes, you can select different ratios, but if you do you are also likely not getting what you want. I dont have my S8 on hand , but if you look at the above : if I want to take a photo in 16:9 I have to drop from 8 mp down to 6 mp.
Its all stupid really.......16:9 is realistically what is used these days , 4:3 is what we were watching on TV in the 90's. So I have no idea why they decided to change from 16:9 to 4:3 as a default on phones as with the new long screens on the S8, 4:3 does not fill the screen.
Shit, forgot why I came here
Just to say I am still very happy with it. Battery life could be better, but it has a lovely high quality display.
