I think it's time for a structured form specifically for this section. A set of compulsory questions that must be answered come hell or high water. A form with those little red asterisks, that if you don't answer, your post doesn't get posted, simple as that.

What's more, that form should not be able to be bypassed. i.e. you don't fill it it you don't get posting rights.

Yeah, you HAVE TO fill in a post like this first in the introduction section before you are allowed to post in the rest of the forum.
