Help ith Hills Reliance 128 and DAS NX8-16 key pad

Hi,

I'm new here and have used this forum to help reprogram my Hills reliance 128 system. I have been successful to reset the alarm panel to factory defaults and reprogram it.
However with the code pad (DAS NX8-16) I am unable to change the default master code 1-2-3-4-5-6.
When I enter[*]-[5] or any other function key on the key pad it does nothing.
For entering into the system panel control by entering[*]-[8] that works fine.

So basically I was successful in changing the Program code, set phone number and set zones for partial mode in the system panel.
But now I want to change the master code and set system times in the code pad.

I have searched this forum but cant find anything to help.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Note. I have had a tech come out in the past but he didnt really know what he was doing and ended up charging me $160, not keen on doing that again.

Its ok, I managed to figure it out. Didn't realise that when you enter * - 5 no lights should start flashing like when you enter * - 8.
