Angry VAST - No channels from 12567V

Is anyone else not receiving VAST channels from the 12567V TP?

Friends have reset the box and re-scanned for channels but displays no signal from 12567V, which effects the reception of these channels:

    Imparja - SE and NE
    GO - SE and NE
    GEM - SE
    SBS HD - NSW, Vic
    SBS - Tas, Vic, NSW
    SBS Viceland - SE
    NITV

All other channels and TP's are fine.

Is anyone else experiencing the same???

    All working fine for me.

Perhaps turn off (at the wall) wait a couple of minutes and power up & check, otherwise maybe LNB needs a tweak.

Just checked & 12567V is all good here. All those channels are working.
    Cheers, Tiny

Ok. The error code they were receiving was E52-32.

It appears when moving some furniture around they must have bumped their cabling.
Re-routed the cables and the picture has returned.

It's strange they didn't knock out all channels and TP's, only those from the one TP.
Not being able to look at it myself, I would have checked and compared the reception level for the various TP's.

    Thanks for your help.
