I'm surprised no one else has popped in with an offering. I can't recommend andy particular product because I no longer work in any industry. I was hoping that, someone might have a suggestion as to an industry specific solution. You may have to talk to your suppliers and accountant and see what they recommend. What ever you choose, make sure your accvountant can work with it, it will save you a motsa at tax time.

Yeah, all I used when I had my business was an Access database. Programmed to keep track of jobs, customers, parts inventory, orders, suppliers, business expenses. Took a while to set up properly, but once it was done it also handled automatic invoicing and a yearly summary for the taxman. The only thing it didn't include was depreciation on workshop equipment, had to leave something for him to do to earn his money..

Heard of something called "Evolution" or something like that once before. Was quite a complex system though. Knew of a large company that used it.
