Default Atternate action switch? What is it called

    Hi All,

Can anyone help with what I believe is an "alternate action switch". I have need for a (2) coil toggle switch - ie. pulse coil(1) and the contacts close & remain closed while not consuming any electrical energy then pulse coil(2) and the contacts open and remain open with no energy consumption. I recall a HPM timer (battery) many years that used one of these little mechanical devices. I can find many latching cam switches but I need the device to be initialised to the off position at startup (hense 2 coils) rather than a simple on/off cam assy.
It is also important that the device can NOT use any energy after the pulse is initiated. Mr Google could help if only I knew what to call the device. Tried fleebay without success so far . . . Any gray matter prompting would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

    Sounds like a latching relay.

Many thanks to Thala Dan. The fleebay item was not quite what I needed BUT! it was the starting point to go searching the net. I bought one from fleebay before I looked at the postage (should have donated a kidney). After a bit more searching I managed to get the exact one needed for the job..

It does amaze me how such a simple device could be so elusive.
PS: I'm still not sure what its called.
    Many thanks once again
