It could also be a fault in the steering clock spring causing a bad connection, the driver's airbag will be connected through this and it's a common problem point.
Hi peeps,
Had an issues with the airbag warning light on the dash of my 2005 territory.
It's always on.
Had to get som electrical work done yesterday and decided to get them to scan for the airbag issue.
Results came back as
B2293Restraint system -Airbag fault 5962 5955
Flash code 19 Driver from airbag circuit fault
Then he lost Comms with the SRS module.
Before I go out and spend any more money and you guys are a wealth of knowledge,
Can anyone here make another suggestions as to a fix or do I just go with the auto elects
Opinion and hunt down a 2nd hand SRS module?
Thanks.
